The show starts off with Emperor Smarktatine, the evil Sith Lord who is now the owner of the International Wrestling Organization after the Sith takeover led by his apprentice Darth Varga. Smarktatine said that the IWO was going to remove all of the silly, stupid title belts and gimmicks from the organization to make it a legitimate wrestling entity. IWO, according to the Emperor, would be the best wrestling in the world today. All previous win loss records are erased and everyone is starting off fresh. He soon abolished the IWO Lightsaber Championship, IWO Video Game Championship, IWO 24/7 Hardcore Championship, and IWO Horror Championship belts to the boos of the fans. He also then said those titles would be replaced but he would announce the new titles at the IWO: Americas supershow called IWO: Old World vs. New World that would be taking place on Cinco de Mayo in Mexico City. Smarktatine then sent Darth to the ring for his last title defense.
IWO Lightsaber Champion Darth Varga beat Jedi Knight Dash MacGruber in a ten second squash after Darth chopped his head off. Darth left with the belt.
California Kid beat Imperial Desert Storm Trooper in 5:34 after a Dragonrana for the pin in a back and forth match with the Storm Trooper dominated with wear down holds in the middle.
Apache Warrior beat Man Made Terror in 7:58 with the Tomahawk Chop after Terror dominated the match before Warrior made a comeback to win it at the end.
RAID beat Aluminum Man in 4:00 with the RAID Bomb after Aluminum Man tried a cross body block and missed.
MAIN EVENT - Triple Threat Tag Team Ladder Match for the IWO Universal Tag Team Championship belts:
Squared Circle All-Stars beat Vegas Gangstas and The Blob Alliance to become the NEW IWO Universal Tag Team Champions in an exciting 25:40 long contest. The All-Stars were down at the beginning. The Gangstas brutalized both the Blobs and the All Stars with ladders but never could get the belts. However IWO: Africa’s Egyptian Dynasty came down to the ring and pushed the ladder over which caused the Gangstas to fall through tables that they stacked up earlier. This allowed the All-Stars to sneak in and get the belts.
